The beginnings of my birthday/Christmas wish list

I know, I know.. my birthday is three months away and Christmas is six but I'm just getting super excited and don't want to forget anything I really want! So because I know I like to see other girls lists I decided to post some of mine! So if you're reading this start your own and let me know if you did! I want to see them and add more to my list!

First thing on my list.. NAIL POLISH!
I've become obsessed with neons and pastels. I want them all! Ive actually had to go through and minimize this list because that's all I'd get I want so many haha. But some of the top contenders are:

China Glaze Poolside collection. They're all so beautiful!!
This ranges from $15 to $20.

And the China Glaze Up & Away collection!
This ranges from $30 to $40.

And many more..

The cost $8.29 plus tax if I remember correctly.
Also I wanted some nail growth polish and I picked up Sally Hansen Miracle Cure for Severe Problem Nails. I've just started using it so if it works all be sure to let you know! I can tell they're already feeling healthier.

Stila - In The Light Palette

And as you know I'm a Zoella and Louise lover and since they so strongly recommended the Stila In the Light palette I will be wanting one of those!
This is normally $39 but is $31.20 on Amazon at the moment.

There are a bunch of NYX lipsticks I'd like to try. And thanks to ItsJudyTime and her lovely video on NYX Matte Lipsticks I narrowed it down to just a few. And they are: Whipped Caviar, Indie Flick, Sierra, Pure Red, strawberry daiquiri, natural, Alabama, Audrey, merlot, angel, tea rose, perfect red
And these all range from $5 to $7

And the most expensive thing I want this year is a Michael Kors watch.. well two of them actually. They're much cheaper on eBay so they're not horribly expensive. I know two is a little much but they're both so BEAUTIFUL!

MK5038
I NEED YOU IN MY LIFE!

and practically the same one.. but in gold
MK5039
Both range from $150 to $170 on Amazon and I think even lower in eBay

There's definitely a few other things on my list but I didn't want to make this any longer than it already is. Let me know if y'all like this post and I'll keep putting stuff on here I want! And let me know if you do because I want to discover more things!!

Did I mention I love cooking?

One of my favorite things to do is cook! I loveeee finding recipes that everyone loves and has never had. Last week I tried this peach cake because my grandma mad an amazing one that I needed more of! This one turned out very good and I will definitely make it again. It was so moist and pretty easy to make. Here's the recipe if anyone wants to try it.

"This springtime layer cake is peachy and creamy. My mom gets requests for this cake from my brother for his April birthday. --Tamra Duncan"
INGREDIENTS:
1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches,
undrained
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped
topping, thawed
1 (6 ounce) container peach yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
1.Drain peaches, reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to measure 1-1/4 cups. Cut peaches into 1-in. pieces; set aside.
2.In a large mixing bowl, beat the cake mix, peach juice mixture, oil and eggs on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into two greased and floured 9-in. round baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 28-33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
3.In a bowl, combine the whipped topping and yogurt; fold in reserved peaches. Spread topping between layers and over top of cake.

How mine turned out! I LOVED how it looked like a sun!
The inside was two layers with the same topping in-between the two.
I think next time I'd actually add more peaches on top because they were just sooo good! And I'd also recommend putting in the the fridge to chill it over night because it was much better the next day! Mmmm wish we still had some left over!

Lost some of my wisdom on Thursday..

Oh what a week it has been. On Thursday I got my wisdom teeth out. Funnnn.. right. I only had three which is odd but if only I had, had one or two.. or NONE! Yes I would have liked that more. So it's been two days and I've been eating mashed potatoes (I strongly recommend the Hormel loaded potatoes ! They are delicious and they are buy one get one free at brookeshires right now. How convenient!) and smoothies. I have had a bit of ice cream but I've been trying to stay away from it. I feel like I don't have to much pain but it is definitely uncomfortable. My right side hurts worse than my left which is weird because I think that side only had one.
One of my nasty, nasty teeth haha.
Sad girl ready to eat solids again haha
Yes, they let me keep one! How considerate. Well since I've been in bed I've been doing a lot of surfing around on the interwebz and online window shopping for my birthday that's coming up in like there months, which I know isn't soon but better start now so I don't forget anything! I'll post a few things I've been dying to get my hands on. Stay tuned for my elf haul I'm still waiting on! Fedex says it will arrive on the 3rd. I'm hoping for the 2nd!

New bags!

So I was strolling around the interwebz and was watching one of my favorites bloggers Zoella on youtube. She had a What's in my bag? video up from a while ago and I LOVED her bag! She said it was a Mulberry "Alexa" look-a-like that her brother got for her in a far away country that I forgot. Then come to find out the real one is over a 1,000 dollars I was very sad. But I searched and searched and found ones very, very similar that are my new FAVORITE bags!
This is her bag. That I LOVE!
My bag!
I think they are very similar and I am very happy! I loveeeee this bag! The brand is So Soho and all their bags are lovely! I got it from BagInc. They have so many bags its crazy! Some designer and some knockoffs but all very got quality and much, much cheaper! Mine was 80 dollars compared to the over 1,000 dollars for the original. The have promo codes to get percentages off or free shipping that you can google too! I loved it so much I decided to get it in white.
I do love this one just not as much as the brown.
This one was 60 dollars and the same brand. Practically the same bag just a few different features. Both are made on real leather so they are well worth the price! They're sturdy and wee definitely last a while. Here are a few more pictures on the bag!

Inside of the white one. It has a zipper push in the middle that the brown doesn't have.

Inside of the brown. As you can tell I'm currently using this one.
Back of the brown. Same on the white pretty much.
This was just too cute I had to upload! She loves to know what I'm doing at all times.
I hoped that encouraged people to check BagInc out! It's a great site with lovely bags. I'm super happy with my purchase! Thanks for checking this out! Stay tuned for my Elf haul in a few days!

OH! And here's an outfit I wore with my new bag! :D

I'm here, I'm here!

Hello! I'm here I promise. I just don't have much exciting things to talk about yet. I've just been lazy. So things that have happened lately.. hmmm.. I went camping! It was super fun but we did run into some little scorpions.
The camping site!
 Turtle the guys found!
The awesome prank I played on the boys tent. Totally teepeed am I right?
Where the scorpions came out of!
 The horrible aftermath.
First thing you see entering the campsite. Nice.
 Beautiful trails!
They put an entire tree on the fire pit..
Our backyard while we stayed there.
It really was lovely. But we didn't get out there soon enough so we missed some valuable daylight hours. Oh whale! If anyone's interesting this place is the Bayou Bodcau Dam & Reservoir area! They have electricity, running water, and restrooms and showers if you want the camping experience without seriously roughing it. It was 12 dollars to stay there and the man you runs it was very, very nice! I recommend it. Other than that I've purchased a few things and I'll be sure to do another post showing you those! And I bought a ton of elf products I'll be trying out and showing on here! :)
